Inspiration
an invitation to enjoy some ideas and try out some self-coaching

Authenticity | Clarity | Flow
an invitation
Coaching is experiential. What I mean is, it is quite impossible to explain what it is and to understand the unique impact it can spark unless you experience it.
Below is a collection of photos with quotes and some of my favourite provocative resources. They spark something for me and others, and I offer them here as they may spark something in you. To give you a taste of the coach approach, I offer some self-coaching questions that could inspire something new and generative for you and whatever may be important in your life right now. This is what coaching is about, and it's even more powerful with a trusted, qualified, and objective thinking partner.
So, I invite you to take a few lovely deep breaths, maybe pour a fresh cup of tea, and I invite you to pause, explore, and reflect...
-
What resonates for you today (if anything)?
-
Based on that, what is making sense for you?
-
What are you learning (or re-learning); about yourself, others, and your world?
-
From this, what one action or step might you commit to making?
